Loving Your Self-Talk

A PlayShop for Creating Self-Love

Do We Mean What We Hear?

“In our thoughts and words, we create our own weaknesses and our own strengths.  Our limitations and joys begin in our  hearts.  We can always replace negative with positive.”  — Betty (Jean) Eadie, Author of New York Times Bestselling Book OF ALL TIME, “Embraced by the Light.”

Jill woke up this morning, hopped out of bed and said, “I love you Self.”  Robin looked at the clock and said, “Oh no, I’m late AGAIN.”  Which of them enjoyed the better day?  Discover how to love yourself by playing with the meanings you assign to your own words.  When you pay undivided attention to yourself, you are in the state of consciousness called Love.  You let go of attachments sense your awesome power, and feel receptive to the expressions of your heart.
